Here are the transfer forms which we will lodge with the authorities. Please fill in the appropriate section (either buyer section or seller section) and upload when you create the order. It’s not mandatory to upload when you create an order, however, it does need to be returned within three business days of an order being accepted. If you didn’t upload with the order, please either email or fax the forms through.
We don’t require you to fill in the payment sections in the forms. Transfer forms are not lodged until the buyer has paid in full. If you have any queries, feel free to contact us.
Temporary Allocation Water Transfers
Limited authorisation of an agent to trade water allocation: Form 39b
Please note, sellers in South Australia must have a recent meter reading, unless they are a non-water user.

Central Irrigation Trust: Application for Trade of Water Allocation
Renmark Irrigation Trust: RIT transfer form
New South Wales
Private diverters (ie not part of a private irrigation corporation): Form 71 for surface water assignment
Murrumbidgee Irrigation Ltd: Annual Transfers (please note this includes a statutory declaration. We don’t require form 71 returned.)
